Reflection
I created a Risk Management Plan for our Youth Wrestling Program. This class allowed me to examine each of my programs and I have been able to implement more safety measures and exceed some ADA standards that were just being met. I feel this class is a must for those in charge of a facilities.
I have also done several facilities check procedures for my team of supervisors to ensure that we are providing the best facilities to our community. There are things we sometimes overlook because they are easy to overlook, for example making sure that walkways are safe to walk on, that hazards are properly marked, that due diligence is done for prevention.
